Shipping Policy

Dr Show SoCal ships all orders from our Temecula, California warehouse. From the time you place your order, please allow a 1 to 2 day business lead time for order processing before shipment.


Dr Show SoCal utilizes UPS Ground, FedEx & DHL shipping services for all online orders. If you have an urgent shipping request, or specific arrival date in mind, please contact our offices directly via email at CustomerService@DrShowSoCal.com or (951) 970-2432. This will ensure you select the appropriate expedited shipping services to match your date. 

*IMPORTANT; We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any custom or import duties are charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian orders.

Return Policy


If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Dr Show SoCal  does not pay the return shipping costs for any return or exchange. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Dr Show SoCal takes full responsibility for all additional shipping expenses incurred. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner.
